Grab a backpack, a belt, and something heavy. Let's use that "kick out" muscle!
Moving up and down from the ground is difficult for me. What can I do?
If you experience mobility challenges, no worries. Here is an alternative warm up that means you don't have to get all the way to the ground:
- Start by sitting on the edge of a couch or bed.
- Carefully move to a lying down position.
- Do any lying down exercises on the bed or couch.
- Then use your arms to push yourself back to a sitting position, and continue with the rest of the standing exercises.
